Some changes include new length and creel limits for Lake Russel (2 fish, only one over 34 inches) and Lake Murray (up to 5 fish any length July thru Sept.). Also 4 rod limit when an unlicensed adult is in the boat... I also found the language regarding the release of aquatic species without a permit to be confusing. It sounds like if my bait man caught bait on one lake and I bought it to use on another body of water and then dumped my tank after fishing, then I would be in violation...
