Proposed changes to SC fishing regulations...

http://www.dnr.sc.gov/pubs/fisheries.html The proposed changes are out for public comment until March 8. Some changes include new length and creel limits for Lake Russel (2 fish, only one over 34 inches) and Lake Murray (up to 5 fish any length July thru Sept.). Also 4 rod limit when an unlicensed adult is in the boat... I also found the language regarding the release of aquatic species without a permit to be confusing. It sounds like if my bait man caught bait on one lake and I bought it to use on another body of water and then dumped my tank after fishing, then I would be in violation...
